With its slender petals unfolding into a star, Magnolia stellata became the inspiration for Estella. The name itself is a quiet nod to stellata, Latin for ‘star-shaped’, and to the distinctive silhouette that defines the design.
Every petal is built and filled by hand with tiny elements of filigree, gathered around a traditional Colombian tomatillo at the centre. Despite all that detail, Estella remains beautifully open and light, with more to discover the closer you look.
